Who we are:

Four years in existence, KayDee otherwise known as KeepDanzing! is a private non-profit portable dance troupe whose members come from all walks of life of varied interests, cultures and socio-economic backgrounds bonded together thru dance and their love of other aspects of the arts including music, visual arts, and theater.

 

The glue that holds this group together is the friendship and camaraderie amongst its members and the common belief that Dance Like Music Knows No Barriers.

 

Primarily a social dance group, we perform at many County, City and other public functions to educate and promote dance as a fun, safe and healthy activity for children and adults of all ages.

 

The Founder:

Cris Mendoza-Howell has been a participant and a strong advocate for Recreational Dance. These dances are composed of fun rhythmic dances that can be done in clubs, among friends, family-gatherings, fiestas, etc.  and are usually non-competitive which is wonderful because I believe that dance should be enjoyed.  Cris has also been the main choreographer, promoter and instructor for the group.
