Waiver Form: Must be signed by each participant and returned to Cris Mendoza-Howell
Administrative Fee: $12 non-refundable fee to help defer our administrative costs.
Digital Photo: Jpeg format of yourself of group at 150 dpi
Music: Submit your final music on cd by August 2008 for cueing in the program.
Biography: What do you want the audience to know about you.
Contact Information: Email address or phone numbers you wish to publish.
Class or concert info: Submit a schedule of classes you do in the community or concerts you will be performing at for advertisement in the Dance Calendar |

Final Week—Tech Rehearsal:
October 11, 2008 Music and Sounds Check
October 16, 2008 1-5pm Tech Rehearsal at the Fresno Memorial Auditorium Dressing Rooms assigned today.
October 18, 2008 2-5pm Tech Rehearsal at the Fresno Memorial Auditorium For Evening Show
October 19, 2008 Noon-2pm Tech Rehearsal at the Fresno Memorial Auditorium For Matinee Show |
