After Auditions

List of Required Submittals:

Selected dancer or group will complete a liability waiver form and image release form.

 

Submit a detailed explanation of the dance or choreography to be presented.

 

Bring your music on CD by September 1st 2007. For live music, please email me for more information to allow us to plan for microphones and other necessities.

 

Submit a recent picture of dancer or group for brochure and promotion purposes. Include name of dancers in the photo.

 

Photos are to be submitted as jpegs and less than 300K at 150 dpi. Note that no materials will be returned.

 

If you would like us to display your flyers, brochures, cards, posters, membership forms, etc. please contact centralvalleydance@yahoo.com for inclusion in the bulletin board at the Hall.

 

Technical Rehearsal:

You will be required to attend this. It is held on the morning of the event at the chosen site. A list of required signed forms and materials will be checked. Groups or participants with incomplete materials may be pulled from the program.

 

During the Event:

Arrive 30 minutes before the event already in costume.

 

You are responsible for your own transportation and food.

 

You may distribute flyers, brochures, cards, etc. to the audience during intermission and before or after the program.

 

You may be asked to introduce another group who will be performing two numbers after you.

All printed requirements to be submitted by the end of September for inclusion into the program booklet, flyers, posters, announcements, advertisements, and website.
