Who am I:We came to America when I was about three years old. We first lived in Delano city. We lived there for about 2 years then we moved to Fresno with my Aunt Virginia Trinanes who I call "Mommy". She is a registered nurse at Fresno Community Hospital.
I started singing when I was three years old. Then my Mommy bought me a karaoke machine which I sing with my family. At six years old, Mommy enrolled me in voice lessons, but I quit. Even then, my Mommy encouraged me to sing. She brings me to family birthday parties where I can sing and entertain. Then she enrolled me at the Polynesian Dance Center so I can learn to dance.
Last year a family friend Ding Ricon asked if I could go with him to entertain the residents at Fig Garden Retirement Home. I had a lot of compliments and I was happy. Then she hired a teacher for voice lessons, in Los Angeles. I started my lessons last July. In July 28, my Mommy signed me up in the Filipino Community Fiesta for an audition to sing in a contest. In July 29, I sang To Love You More which won me first prize. It was awesome.
In August 5, my Mommy signed me up for audition in Pinoy Pop Superstar, special category ages 9-13, in North Hollywood. I finished my second audition on September 23 and found out that I will be in the next grand finale.
